This is why I love dealing with Mortgagee Title. Whether I'm dealing with Cat, Calyn or Heather, I know I don't have to worry and their team will handle all issues smoothly. Cat and her team always go above and beyond at making sure they update me throughout the process. I always know when everything from the estoppel to the survey has been ordered. And, yes, if there is an issue they address it immediately and have walked us through how we can still get the house to close on time. I've had title disasters before and I know that this will not occur when I work with Mortgagee Title. They are always on top of their game and I can reach someone from their office via phone or email easily which is also a pleasure. The other nice thing is that Mortgagee Title's rates are very reasonable compared to some of the other title companies I have used in the past. Their title agents always review all selling or purchasing documents so that my clients feel very comfortable and that they fully understand the ALTA Settlement Statement and Closing Disclosure. As everyone knows this day is stressful enough and they really make everyone feel at ease during the process.
